How to use Vident Ibt200 battery tester?
1. Connect the battery tester:
Both the connection method of vident ibt200 and ibt100 are the same.
1). Clean the battery posts or side terminals.
2). Connect the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal firstly, and then connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal
Note: If you connect the red clamp firstly, it may cause damage to ECUs.
3). Rock the clamps back and forth to make sure the clamps are firmly connected
4). When the tester is correctly connected, and it will boot up automatically and show the battery volts.
2. Using guide:
Vident ibt100 car battery tester:
1). Press the ENTER button to start the test and BAT.LOCATION menu will display
Scroll with the UP or DOWN button to select the corresponding option and press the ENTER button to continue in the following operations.
2). Highlight OUT OF VEHICLE or IN VEHICLE to select the battery location.
3). BATTERY TYPE:
Select REGULAR FLOODED, AGM or GEL type
4). BATTERY STANDARD:
Select CCA, CA, MCA, JIS, DIN, IEC, EN or SAE
Note: Not all rating systems are available for each application.
5). BATTERY RATING:
