by I have registered vident iauto708 and created an account. I try to connect the scanner to the vehicle via OBD port, but it fails to connect. It always keeps the interface for a long time(see the image as below). Press any button also couldn’t work. I try to remove the TF card and insert again, but nothing changes. It looks like it can not recognize the TF card. I check the TF card is good without any damage, and i actually insert it correctly. How to solve the problem?
The possible cause for the problem is that there is something wrong with the file in the TF card.
The solution is that format the TF card and download the software again.
